Lafayette’s Luxury Studio Rental

This studio is best for photographers who are experienced manipulating light, shoot in moody light scenarios or those who are comfortable working with studio lights. There are windows and some natural light, however it is not considered "bright and airy".

The studio is 1,000 sq ft, however each room is a different size and is not an open space. The largest room can accommodate up to 4-5 subjects and two staffers.

Every rental includes light stands, a medium reflector, a large reflector, a boom arm and sandbag, extension chords, a strip light (continuous) and a ring light (continuous).

Rentals also include access to a large smart TV for IPS viewings, washer/ dryer, changing room, various backdrops, blankets and sheets, espresso machine and mini fridge.

We do not allow weapons, drugs, animals or children under the age of 10 (unless being photographed). No liquids or loud music. No smoking on premises or in courtyard.

We understand plans change. Cancellations made more than 7 days before your booking receive a full credit toward a future date. Within 7 days, partial credits may apply. We’ll review all details with you during your initial tour so there are no surprises.

In order to protect our studio and our renters, we do have ring cameras installed in shooting spaces and common areas. Footage is not surveyed unless an incident occurs. We suggest communicating this clearly to your clients.

It is against state law to use any audio, video, or photographic footage obtained pursuant to this Chapter for any commercial or exploitative purpose nor shall he make the footage available to members of the public.
